Kebab Chutney with Rice

Ingredients

Ingredients for Kebab
 salt to taste
 1 tsp each of garum, dhania, and jeera power
 coriander, finely chopped
 2 green chillies, finely chopped
 1 onion, finely chopped
 ½ kg of mince
 1 egg for binding
 2 tsp of Sunpick cooking oil
Ingredients for Chutney
 10 grated tomatoes (can use up to 12)
 2 onions, finely chopped
 2 sprigs of curry leaves
 1 tbsp of curry powder
 1 tsp of sugar
 salt to taste

Method

Bind all the ingredients and shape into kebabs

Grill for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

Fry the onions in Sunpick oil, until golden brown

Add curry powder, tomatoes, curry leaves and salt

Cook until completely dry

Add sugar and kebabs. Mix gently

Garnish with coriander

The tantalising dish can be served with rice and salad
