Ingredients
Ingredients for Kebab
salt to taste
1 tsp each of garum, dhania, and jeera power
coriander, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
½ kg of mince
1 egg for binding
2 tsp of Sunpick cooking oil
Ingredients for Chutney
10 grated tomatoes (can use up to 12)
2 onions, finely chopped
2 sprigs of curry leaves
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tsp of sugar
salt to taste
Method
1Bind all the ingredients and shape into kebabs
2Grill for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
3Fry the onions in Sunpick oil, until golden brown
4Add curry powder, tomatoes, curry leaves and salt
5Cook until completely dry
6Add sugar and kebabs. Mix gently
8The tantalising dish can be served with rice and salad
