Ingredients

 onion
 spinach
 Sunpick oil
 a pinch of salt

Method

Properly wash the spinach and remove the stems

Shred the onion

Slowly sauté the onion until soft and golden

4

Slowly add the spinach. It shrinks really fast

5

Once all the spinach has shrunk, add the salt and a little bit of margarine

Dish best serves with phuthu
